5 YEAR COMMERCIAL USE WARRANTY
The Travelpro warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover wear or damage cause by abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection, or carelessness caused by an airline or common carrier.
In the course of normal handling, your luggage may suffer abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents or soil. Certain component parts such as wheels, bumper feet, leather, etc., will show wear. This wear is not covered under the warranty.
I’m very happy with this bag. I’ve been on four trips with it so far and love the robust build and compartment spaces. It’s maneuverable and lightweight, but so far is holding up very well to commuting and 4 day trips. The only improvement I would like to see is to have the luggage strap available in lieu of the j hook, or to have the j hook available at a shorter adjustable length. I use an Everki backpack and the j hook won’t go short enough to accommodate the backpack without walking with the suitcase at an uncomfortable angle. Otherwise well done!
